Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator who can help manage projects for Snow Software. This key hire will build and maintain an environment of high standards and growth, accountability and exceptional teamwork.

What you’ll be doing

  • Management of small Snow professional services engagements including customer and sales discussion and negotiations.
  • Management, scheduling, and accountability of projects and their deliverables.
  • Preparation, scheduling, execution, presentation, and documentation of internal and external customer meetings.
  • Proactive progress checks and follow up with project stakeholders for on-time delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Partner with teams to standardize, document, and maintain accountability to processes.
  • Develop and maintain project related business metrics.
  • Assistance in project agreement creation and review of internal and external project documentation for accuracy and clarity.
  • Point of contact and collaboration for all customer and third party interactions during an active project.
  • Production of key project documentation such as Statement of Works (SOW), Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), Project Management Plans (PMPs), Technical Design Documents and other customer specific requirements.

 

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Infrastructure Project Delivery Experience
  • Examples of Running Multiple Projects
  • SAM and/or Licensing Knowledge
  • Project Management Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Technically Astute

Travel:

The successful project coordinator will be based within the Snow local office (remote would be possible as well, depending on the infrastructure), travel may be required for customer engagements.
