Job Description

The APAC Partner Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving pipeline from Channel and Alliance partners, with both ‘to and through’ marketing initiatives and programs, within the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing leader for APAC and working in partnership with the Partner business management team, plus global Marketing functions, this role is pivotal in establishing our pipeline generation footprint via partners across key Countries in the APAC region.

  • Manage the regional channel marketing budget and work with the top tier partners in the APAC sales theater to plan quarterly campaigns, drive ROI, review and measure success
  • Creating regional content for upload and driving engagement from APAC partners within the global partner portal, updating and maintaining as needed to fuel growth
  • Leveraging global campaign content to develop regional, partner-friendly extensions and drive adoption with key APAC partners – with aligned ROI recognition process, to recognize the partner marketing sourced opportunities in our CRM systems and reporting (a core KPI of this role)
  • Follow existing Marketing/Sales Ops processes, with a view to continually enhance and improve as the martech evolves, including (not limited to); ROI recognition and recovery, partner portal structure and uploads
  • Work with global partner marketing colleagues to execute a ‘Snow Partner Summit’ for APAC annually (virtual/hybrid event)

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B technology demand generation in a partner role
  • Experience managing multi-touch and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience with SFDC, a partner portal and virtual event platform is preferable
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Curious – eager to understand the broader business
  • Team player, able to interface with key stakeholders of Field Marketing and Channel and Alliances teams, as well as being a Snow ambassador with the broader, external partner community
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Multiple-market, partner marketing experience would be preferred
  • Willingness to travel within APAC – likely 20% travel requirement in normal circumstances
  • Virtual gravitas and relationship building (in a current virtual-only world) is a key requirement, as this role requires cross-functional collaboration across the business

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
