What you’ll be doing:

Are you a natural superstar with passion and fire in your belly? Do you have grit and tenacity and are just looking for the right role to get your teeth into? We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to join the team in Barcelona. You will be working within the German market and connecting the Sales team with prospects at Senior levels, you will be responsible for driving top-funnel new business for the field sales team across Enterprise accounts.

Using your natural gift for problem-solving, information gathering, and market research you will identify potential new customers and sales opportunities, as well as cross-selling and upselling on existing accounts.

 Key responsibilities:

 Uncovering new product sales opportunities for Snow Cloud Management Platform.

  • Utilizing tools at your disposal to identify and target qualified leads. Finding the right personas within the right business, with the right interest.
  • Following up on market leads - proactively calling, emailing, and connecting with prospects to arrange sales meetings.
  • Often being the first voice of Snow Software a customer will hear - you will build rapport with C-Level executives offering an engaging consultative approach to your selling.
  • Working closely with the Cloud field sales team to meet and exceed metrics and targets.
  • Continuously developing your knowledge and skills to become a subject matter expert and progress further.

  • You are a pro-active self-starter with a naturally engaging demeanor and confident in communicating with clients at senior levels. You are currently in a similar position in Inside Sales or Business Development, ideally within software or technical sales.

  • Language Skills: German and English are a must.

Preferable Experience:

  • Ideally, you already have experience in developing opportunities past the qualification stage.
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud including data center virtualization (e.g. VMware vSphere), ITSM service desks (e.g. ServiceNow), and public cloud concepts spanning Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
