• Perform invoice and employee expense coding and processing, data entry, and payment generation in compliance with internal controls, coding consistency and accuracy
• Prepare outgoing payments to vendors and employees and record these in the FMS systems once booked from the bank accounts
• Assist in monthly closings, such as but not limited to, recording accruals and performing reconciliation of the subledger with the general ledger
• Provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Provide year End Audit Support
• Process all vendor invoices through Medius and Intactt in time
• Prepare the payments of all vendor invoices to secure payments at due date
• Prepare the payments for expense reports in accordance to the Snow policy

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to meet deadlines
