Job Description

Role purpose: The objective of the role is to develop a CRM deployment that is easy to use, understand, and with high data accuracy. The role will be the liaison between the marketing user and the IT department. New functionality requests will be vetted by the role. The role will develop technical processes suited for the business using best practices for technical deployment. Testing of functionality and enablement will be planned and executed by the role. New data acquisition planning, execution as well as maintenance of data hygiene will also be executed by the role.

Key accountabilities:

Working process for marketing and BDRs within sfdc.com and apps integrated with Salesforce.com

Driving changes aligned with best practices in operations work including testing

Ensuring all users have been sufficiently trained

Data cleanliness in Salesforce.com

Data acquisition and augmentation

Knowledge and Experience:

Technical Project Management

Understanding of marketing and business development process

Enablement experience

Marketing Data Management and acquisition

Clean and accurate database for marketing

Enabled and self sufficient CRM management by the function the role supports

Possibility for accurate KPI reporting using data from CRM

 

Qualifications

·     Salesforce.com admin basic level

·     Excel

·     Data Management software such as DemandTools/ Ringlead
