To sustain our explosive growth, we are looking for the brightest, and most highly-skilled people who have their best work ahead of them. Now is the right time to join Snow.
It’s no secret that we live in a data-driven world. It’s also no secret that licensing models in the IT industry are becoming more complex as we move forward. This job can bring you the power of using the best SAM technology available in the SAM industry (Gartner Peer Insights 2018), and your personal knowledge and ideas to create innovative and exciting new ways to help customers achieve their SAM licensing goals, continuing to save companies millions ($USD) on their software spending each year.
As a team, we are well established within the company, who work with data, lots of data. Analysis and research are the cornerstone of everything we do. We recognize software file patterns, complex licensing Stock-Keeping-Units, Cloud application metering, and much more. With us you become an application expert when you learn to recognise patterns in data, using your detective skills, creating clever solutions, and learn to see the forest through the trees. We work agile according to Scrum, run projects and not least invent new solutions together, in collaboration with colleagues all over the world.
The SAM industry is extremely dynamic, and with this ever-evolving nature, brings on challenges, but these challenges are what makes us work together as cohesive team to overcome any obstacles and continue to thrive.
Many of our team members identify with the following:
- A background in IT, whether it comes from education or professional experience, and we would like to see a similar background from you.
- Speaking and writing unhindered in English is necessary, Swedish is preferred but not mandatory.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Extensive experience from working in Windows and basic knowledge of how applications are run.

Who you are
At Snow, we are passionate about what we do, and it is essential that you as a colleague share that passion in your work and see possibilities in everything we do.
You are meticulous and prefer to do things again if they weren’t right the first time rather than moving on to new tasks. You have no problems taking in new information, asking questions, or coming up with new suggestions, and you can work independently as well as in various-sized groups.
The work tasks can vary both in complexity and time, so it is important that you can adapt based on the current tasks.
