Job Description

This role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the General Counsel, and assisting with the management of the internal legal function, including advising on corporate governance issues, and compliance matters related to securities and data privacy laws. 

The role will be the point of escalation of the legal team across all functional lines and regions. Further responsibilities include the management of outside counsel in dispute resolution matters, collaboration with finance and accounting on financial reporting and governance, managing the diligence process and matters related to M&A and other key strategic initiatives.

The role will be based in Austin, with telecommuting considered. International travel in London and Sweden may be necessary when safe and practical. 


The role requires a candidate of the highest caliber, who exhibits excellent leadership and presentation skills and is eager to manage a large and complex workload. Must be capable of resolving complex disputes with the care required of a cross-cultural leader.

A minimum of 8 years legal experience required, with prior leadership experience in an in-house role at a company with international operations. Prior experience in public company readiness is strongly preferred.

Must have a strong academic background with the ability to quickly learn new information. JD from accredited law school, and active membership in a US state bar.
