Job Description

Snow Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for our Bracknell based hub to focus on UK and EMEA recruitment.  

You will join a high performing international Talent Acquisition team spanning US/Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany and APAC.  As part of the TA team you will be central to Snow’s strategic goal of hiring the best possible Talent.  You’ll also be changing and improving a lot of things on the way. You’ll know from experience that recruitment is challenging and not always straightforward so having a problem solving mindset and attitude is key for successful members of Snow’s TA team. This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.  

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide recruitment expertise and lead the entire talent acquisition cycle to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and quality.

  • Develop plans for sourcing and attracting candidates within different verticals, managing end to end interview processes and managing successful candidates through to offer and onboarding

  • Screen, filter and recommend candidates for progression whilst tracking all activity via the ATS ( Smart Recruiters) 

  • Take keen interest and ownership of the data for your recruitment funnel to provide actionable insight into activity and management oversight .

  • Use sophisticated candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent - this should include LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks/driving referrals and other techniques to uncover passive talent

  • Partner and advise hiring managers on best practise recruitment strategies and that support the goals and direction of the organization.

  • Embrace opportunities to participate in TA projects and wider HR team projects

  • Partner with colleagues in HROPs, HR Business Partnering and Compensation and Reward

  • Problem solve and work through operational problems which may be impeding recruitment delivery

Qualifications

What it takes:

  • Ideally a minimum of 3+ years related work experience in an in-house recruiting role but with some prior agency experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high recruiting workload across multiple time zones

  • Excellent Stakeholder management with a high touch, collaborative and communicative approach. 

  • Demonstrable ability to use LI Recruiter to drive searches and working knowledge of modern ATS Recruitment systems ( we use Smart Recruiters but similar systems such as Greenhouse, Lever etc are all good)

  • Knowledge and experience of working in B2B technology companies with a high sales/go to market recruiting load preferred
