Job Description

This is a global role that drives Snow Software and partner business growth via the successful enablement of Snow Software’s field organization and channel partners. You will be responsible for ongoing scheduling, maintenance, and general program support of the GFR Global Programs and for all communications coming from the CRO and GFR team to the field. This position supports the logistics, preparation, planning and execution of Global Field Readiness virtual and in person delivery events. Also, you will partner with Marketing to ensure correct branding and tone for all field-focused communications.

 

Responsibilities include:

•      Authoring, Editing and Publishing communications on a defined cadence

•      Advising the team leadership on new ideas to gain reach and readership

•      Assist with Onboarding Learning Path and course updates in the Docebo LMS

•      Assist with general Docebo LMS updates for various GFR programs

•      Schedule management for all GFR programs including New Hire Classes, Virtual offerings, and the like.

•      Registration management for New Hire Class

•      Insiders Program scheduling and management

•      Small Project management

Qualifications

•      Understanding and proficiency with a communications platform

•      Use of reporting or analytics tools to understand reach and effectiveness of the communications channel

•      Understanding of and experience with global cultures

•      Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – internally and externally, in-person and virtually

•      Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change

•      Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines.

•      Positive and consistent customer service orientation.

•      Professional interpersonal skills for a spectrum of stakeholders.

•      Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•      Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks.

•      Sense of urgency and strong work ethic.

•      Computer skills required (at a minimum): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
