Working hours; Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent for our offices in Stuttgart – in this role you will interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.  You will be delivering exceptional service whilst remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. There will be a high focus on employee/customer experience.  This is a permanent, part time position.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide general support to visitors and internal colleagues
• Draft communication to the office before getting it approved from Manager
• Provide support for mailing, shipping, maintenance, invoices, errands etc.
• Maintain and replenish office supplies
• Contribute to team and projects as needed

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar position, maybe as a receptionist, office administrator, etc. You will also have the following skills:

• Service Minded
• Good written and verbal skills
• Strong multi-tasker and ability to prioritize duties
• Great organizational skills and ability to implement them in the office
• Ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues
• Experience working with Microsoft Office & Outlook
