Job Description

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving pipeline from Channel & Alliance partners, with marketing initiatives and programs, within the Americas & APAC regions. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director (Americas & APAC), and working in partnership with the Global VP of Channel & Alliances – as well as Partner & Marketing team members across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating partner programs to support the campaign pillars and theater goals of the Americas/APAC business (heater focus to be weighted approximately; 70:30, Americas:APAC.
  • Managing the regional channel marketing budgets and working with the top tier partners in both the Americas & APAC sales theaters to plan quarterly campaigns, drive ROI, review and measure success.
  • Leveraging global campaign content to develop regional, partner-friendly extensions and drive adoption with key partners – with aligned ROI recognition process, to demonstrate the partner marketing sourced opportunities in CRM systems & reporting (a core KPI of this role).
  • Executing MSP ‘to and through’ marketing campaigns, especially for Snow’s cloud offering.
  • Creating regional content and driving engagement within the global partner portal, benchmarked against both regional competitors and the best vendor partner sites in the market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technology demand generation in a partner marketing role
  • Experience managing multi-touch and integrated marketing campaigns, including a foundational knowledge of modern and digital marketing tactics and end-to-end integrated campaigns and marketing operation best practices 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Curious – eager to understand the broader business
  • Team player, able to interface with key stakeholders of Field Marketing and Channel & Alliances teams, as well as being a Snow ambassador within the external partner community

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience of SFDC, a partner portal and virtual event platform is preferable
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
