Snow Software is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team across a variety of practice areas, including contract management, litigation, entity management, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software, channel, and other service agreements.
• Support the legal team in advising on applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Revise and maintain legal forms for and assist with process improvement initiatives for scalability.
• Work with outside counsel in dispute resolution initiatives and assist with litigation management.
• Assist with M&A and other special projects.

The position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and is located in Austin.  Some travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree
• ABA approved Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with technology transactions and licensing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Great judgment even in ambiguous situations
