Job Description

 

  • Guide your team of Sellers to sell Snow’s portfolio of SAAS and on-premise software solutions and services into new and existing accounts in the Corporate space
  • Take care of strategic sales deals and develop close business relationships on CXO-Level in key accounts
  • Ensure that his/her team reaches and exceeds sales goals
  • Coach and supervise the team in a strategic sales methodology (MEDDPICC)
  • Support your team in developing and maintaining sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Cooperate with internal and external resources as partner management, presales, marketing, professional service, business development and Customer Success
  • Identify trends within industries
  • Take part in organizational development initiatives
  • Recruit new employees in cooperation with the regional management team, engage in regular performance reviews of his team and provide support for individual development

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business and / or IT desirable
  • Strong track record of sales success in selling complex software solutions with key customers in the UK
  • Successful Experience in managing software sales teams
  • Successful Experience working with Cloud Management desirable
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams desirable
  • Specific work experience in the SAM software market is desirable not essential
  • Strategic sales approach
  • Accuracy in reporting and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel frequently in the assigned region
  • Energy, Enthusiasm and Passion
