Based from our Solna office and reporting into the Program Lead for Snow Academy, you will take responsibility for the design, development and publication of online classes, as well as assisting in the management of the Learning Management System. Working closely with the course owners and the rest of the Global Training Team you will build and execute a training design plan based on learner needs, and will design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning experiences.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • providing instructional and program design expertise.
  • researching and evaluating new and emerging technologies, instructional design theories, and approaches and policies for potential application to instructional opportunities.

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role working within instructional design.  You may possibly have a background in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or Digital Design; however what is important is that you have Education experience, or experience with Digital Content Creation in this area.

On a personal level you will have a lot of drive for execution, achieving results by taking the initiative, setting challenging goals, and holding people accountable.  You will have an open and positive mindset, and be professional, articulate and personable with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.  You will be a strong team player, but also work very well independently on strategic projects, and thrive on change.

Any experience of working in the SAM (Software Asset Management) market is highly desirable but not essential; as is experience of using a Learning Management System such as Docebo, Blackboard, or Canvas.
