Snow Software is seeking a Contract Business Architect that reviews, analyzes, and implements best practice operational processes, systems and reporting. The ideal candidate will evaluate program and business needs, translate those needs into business process and system requirements documentation, and drive efficiencies through optimization and automation.

Ensures that new Partner Program can be delivered both internally and externally by mapping client and organizational needs to our processes, systems, roles and reporting for flawless execution and delivery of our program.

• Perform functional requirements gathering and requirement specification to support interactions with internal and external systems.
• Serve as a liaison between the Partner Organization and the Information Technology Team.
• Facilitate decisions about technology and process implementation
• Will be responsible to transform business requirements into functional specifications for systems design, customization, and reporting.
• In general, the role will include the creation/revision of the following analysis artifacts and deliverables:
  • Process Maps
  • Business Requirements
  • Business Rules
  • Use Cases
  • Test Cases
• Assumes a proactive role in driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals to deliver value.
• Coordinates with functional team to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product.
