Job Description

Owing to our accelerated growth, we are seeking an innovative Senior Demand Generation professional to manage a talented team of Campaign Managers who create, manage and execute market-leading campaigns. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, innovative and results-oriented senior marketing manager to be a key part of an energetic and forward-thinking global marketing team in a fast-growing international software company.

The successful candidate will lead the campaigns team to globally plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns across key market propositions and Snow’s solutions portfolio.  The campaigns will cut through the market noise and showcase Snow’s solutions to the enterprise segment, as well as to executive personas globally.  The Senior Campaign Manager will own a solutions area to lead the team by example of excellent strategy and execution.

The role answers to a shared global marketing pipeline goal and requires a strong grasp of the demand generation waterfall to ensure optimization across each stage of the lead funnel.  Our campaign management team are tightly aligned with our sales goals and lead with best practice, experiment with content formats and continually measure, learn and finesse to drive engagement across our campaign plans.  The Senior Campaign Manager will continue to drive the campaign quality and lead the team to continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2 campaign managers, managing campaign strategy, planning, budget and resource allocation
  • The role answers to a shared marketing pipeline goal and requires a strong understanding of the demand generation waterfall to ensure optimization across each stage of the lead funnel.
  • Work with Product Marketing, brand & comms and demand generation teams globally to build and execute global campaigns and associated content
  • Align campaigns to company and sales strategic goals and market themes to address net new logo and drive cross-sell into customer segments.
  • Analyze program performance and marketing attribution, and continually optimize campaigns for conversions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of campaigns to internal stakeholders to ensure global demand generation and business development teams are fully briefed to flawlessly execute on the campaigns in territory.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of leading a marketing team in a fast-paced technology organization, targeting Enterprises and executive personas.
  • An understanding of digital marketing (PPC, programmatic display, sponsored social, ABM techniques) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution.
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations,  ideally with hands-on Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform) experience, and Salesforce lead management and reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
  • Strong team player who wants to roll their sleeves up and deliver as part of a fully hands-on team
  • Minimum of 5 years previous B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise technology
  • Bachelor’s degree or CIM qualification
