Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures that outgoing invoices are issued correctly and that all monies due to Snow are collected in a timely manner.  The person in this customer facing role needs to work closely with the customer/partner and the relevant sales contact to ensure that invoice queries are resolved swiftly thus maximizing the cash flow into Snow. The person reviews daily the customer overdue status and works actively to control and minimize the credit risk of the company.

What you’ll be doing

You will responsible for AR related activities for America’s and be working across many functions within Snow, including:

  • Finance
  • Order Management
  • Sales organization
  • Services organization

Qualifications

NEED TO HAVE:

  • Basic accounting skills
  • Experienced in the different areas of Accounts receivable, such as, but not limited to:
  • Issuing invoices to customers and partners
  • Inter-company invoicing
  • AR ageing follow up
  • Recording of incoming payments
  • Account reconciliation
  • Ability to meet invoicing deadlines
  • Drive to improve processes

NICE TO HAVE:

  • International experience
  • Experience in working for a software company
  • Multi-language (South America)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Intacct (Sage)
