Job Description

Snow’s Product Marketing organization brings new products to market, owns strategic pricing, creates compelling product messaging that tells our product story through collateral such as E-books, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and more. 

The ideal candidate finds it easy to translate technical concepts into consumable content for readers, has experience hosting webinars/podcasts, and serving as a technical Subject Matter Expert for their product. Success in role is measured by how effective the go-to-market and sales enablement plan built by the Product Marketing Manager works to hit expected product annual contract value (ACV) targets.

This role will manage Snow’s cross-sell and upsell portfolio which includes our security product Risk Monitor and automation engine Productivity Optimizer.

RESPONSIBILTIIES

  •  Pre-Build: Work with Product Management to determine target market and audience and contribute to product business cases
  •  Build: Develop product positioning and messaging and work with cross-functional partners on product pricing & packaging strategy
  • Post-Build: Create Marketing Bill of Materials (BoM) and manage product launch to execution
  • Product Launch: Successfully release new product into market and ensure Field and Partners are trained on new product/features
  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage product pipeline to determine product health and develop action plan to address risk or double down on growth
  • Product Advocacy: Be subject matter expert (SME) in targeted buyer persona and assess how product go-to-market must adapt based on market and competitive environment

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in Cloud, Security or SaaS industries
  • Must be able to translate technical concepts into natural language
  • Must be able to translate market and competitive insights into actionable intelligence
  • Analytical thinker who has experience leveraging insights to change product ACV trajectory
  • B2B Marketing Experience
  • Business/Marketing/Engineering degree
  • MBA preferred
