Overview

To sustain our explosive growth and deliver on our customer promise, we are looking for an Global Payroll professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert their area of expertise, a key business partner for all functions globally and take a lead on project support for the international payroll team.

·       Project administrator for roll out of new payroll vendor across the global payroll operations. Maintain tracker on deliverables, keep critical stakeholders informed on progress and assist in project actions (data gathering, parallel runs, testing etc).

·       Drafting of payroll policy and procedure documentation to ensure standardised format, process maps for all critical payroll processes and compliance documentation to be reviewed and approved by the Director of Payroll.

·       Standardising practice and delivering on continuous improvement.

·       Support for monthly payroll processing and daily operational activities, to include review on monthly payroll outputs, and back up for payroll coordinators if needed.

·       Key business partner for all functional departments that require process or technical support that extends beyond daily payroll processing questions.

·       Successfully moving to new payroll vendor for all employing countries in Snow Software maintaining service to all employees during transition phases.

·       Producing clear, and definitive payroll processing documentation – Documented segregation of duties, critical contacts, payroll checklists, payroll service catalogue, process maps, approval matrix, payments matrix and any other documentation requested and approved by the Director of Payroll.

·       Consistent monthly payroll processing – all employees paid accurately and on time, all monthly payroll controls completed, and approvals documented.

Qualifications

About You

·       CIPP Qualified

·       Strong background in compliance and risk

·       Experience of delivering payroll projects on an international remit.

·       Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork, and project management skills

·       Extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization with changing priorities
