Snow is looking for a Product Manager to join the global product management team, while working closely with our SAP team in Hamburg. As Product Manager you play a critical role in defining great products around our Snow Optimizer for SAP solution, that our SAP customers will love! This includes high level of cross functional collaboration across Snow, as well as customers at all level – ensuring that we set the right priorities and deliver outcomes that drives real value for our customers. You will be driving the product roadmap by business cases and follow this through by customer-centric ideation process in close cross functional collaboration with product marketing, product owners, UX design and research, development - towards final release, and uptake.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for strategic product leadership and product revenues
• Manage investment levels according to product lifecycle
• Develop business cases for new products to create revenue by addressing key customer needs
• Own and communicate product roadmap
• Conduct competitor analysis and define winning strategies with Product Marketing
• Evangelization of products incl. participation in pre-sales opportunities and QBR’s with key partners and customers

As the successful candidate you will:

• Be experienced in the field of SAP software in any of the roles of Product Management, Consultant, Developer or Marketing
• Have excellent command of German and English language
• Have the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders through involvement and knowledge sharing
• Have a clear understanding of the importance of embedding the voice of the customer into to all facets of the solution – from business case to final solution
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at Snow
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, requirements documentation, and prioritization
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

It would be highly desirable if you have: 

• Previous experience of working in a Product Management role 
• Experience of working on value propositions with customers at strategic level
• Knowledge and understanding of agile principles and values 
• Experience of collaborating with cross-functional product teams to define and implement solutions that improve the customer experience
