Job Description

The role will consist of working with large enterprises deploying the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software to help them in better managing their SAP-users and licenses, contracts and use/access of engines. You will and work with other members of the SAP Products Sales, the Snow Professional Services group and our global SAM/delivery partners. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our project management team within the Snow Professional Services group to define post-sales deployment projects
  • Working with our global Delivery partners (such as Deloitte), oversee the installation, deployment, configuration and activation of the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software on customer premises
  • Communicate with our software engineering group in Hamburg, Germany on product and issues identified from field observations and customer questions/feedback
  • As required, Provide customer and partner-facing product training for Snow Optimizer for SAP®, providing input to the curriculum development
  • Work with Snow’s commercial teams to outline the value-exchange to Snow’s Customers in pre-sale situations, or when “farming” the installed base of Customers
  • Be a master in linking “Command of the Message” Sales methodology with delivered, tangible and positive business outcomes
  • Build proactive long-term trusted advisor relationships with selected Customers, particularly in the Enterprise sector, taking responsibility for ensuring those Customers are aware of new product features and the value they can bring in the Customer’s business context
  • Knowledge Artefact contributions to; the Snow Community (Globe), Support Knowledge Base, Pre-Sale assistance

Qualifications

What we require from you;

  • Willingness to travel up to 65%
  • Fluent English is required, and fluent business German is preferred
  • 5+ years of SAP Basis experience or SAP security
  • Should have significant background in SAP ECC 6.0, user administration and the SAP Solution Manager
  • Knowledge of technical installations and interconnected satellite systems a big plus
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP architecture including SAP ERP applications.  
  • Have an understanding of SAP licensing models and contracts
  • Experience in a consulting/customer-facing capacity for at least 5 years
  • Good knowledge of SAP licensing and contracts
  • Have supported customers with SAP audit system measurement (USMM) and consolidation (SLAW)
  • Consulting experience, working in a software vendor or Consulting company
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues in a Customer-facing role, demonstrating strong attention to detail throughout
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a flexible and pro-active approach to the working environment and the ability to work well independently and with others
  • Customer-facing presentation and Consulting skills
  • Exemplary and compelling writing skills
  • Project Manager mentality – focus on time, cost, quality outcomes
  • Agility and flexibility within the working environment
