Job Description

Provide thought and people leadership of our global customer support function and deliver proactive customer support to all of our customers through transformation and growth.

  • Lead the global Customer Support organisation of ~60 people
  • Provide world class support to Snow customers through the creation and execution of an innovative customer support strategy
  • Design and deliver a customer experience that differences Snow in its sector
  • Proactively build long term customer relationships that drives value for those customers
  • Be a key contributor to Snows global leadership organisation, ensuring that customer support is represented in all relevant activity and strategies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years working in customer support within the software industry, preferably in the SaaS model, or who have transitioned to that model from an on-premise one.
  • Proven track record in managing (and enjoying) significant transformation and growth within customer support
  • Collaborative, proactive team player, with the ability to influence and energise key internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with initiative
  • 5+ years people management experience with the ability to create a high trust, engaged team

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Degree qualification
  • Can demonstrate interest in life- long learning and personal development
  • People management training and development
