Job Description

Role purpose: To ensure that all vendor invoices and are being processed and paid in a timely manner.

  • Drive process and systems improvements
  • Coordinate the workload of the AP group
  • Perform invoice and employee expense coding and processing, data entry, and payment generation in compliance with internal controls, coding consistency and accuracy
  • Prepare outgoing payments to vendors and employees and record these in the FMS systems once booked from the bank accounts
  • Manage the AP team during the monthly and annual closing process

Qualifications

  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability in willingness to work in a role that contains both hands on activities and take more strategic initiatives
  • Global experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Certificate or diploma in accounting
