The Snow Software Data Intelligence Team consists of a combination of developers and data analysts and is responsible for building and maintaining Snow Software’s world leading dataset used for application recognizing software and hardware usage data enhancement.  

As the Engineering Manager for the Data Intelligence team, your primary task is to build and maintain a strong team of data analysts and to enable the team in the daily work. You do this by making sure the team has a clear view on where to go and by enabling individuals in their personal growth. You will be working closely with your team but also with other Engineering Managers on creating an environment based on trust and respect with constant learning and identifying and acting on improvements incorporated in the way of working.  

You have a true interest in people and believe in enabling teams and individuals to be autonomous.
