WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Reporting Headcount and Expense annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Consolidating detailed Headcount and Expense annual plans and forecasts from junior team members 
• Leading Bookings and Revenue planning and forecasting processes
• Working with accounting software to analyze reports and deliver reporting to Leadership
• Build financial models/spreadsheets for ad hoc requests (for C-Suite and Board requests)
• Owning Reporting & Reconciliation
• Will work with M&A and Board preparation materials

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
•    BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
•    Minimum of 5+ or more years of progressive experience in the areas of budgeting and financial reporting, including relevant exposure to SaaS accounting, strategy, consulting or business analytics
•    You have a comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to explore a variety of challenges and pivot as needed.
•    Exceptional analytical skills.
•    Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing, dynamic environment
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, while demonstrating the ability to delegate tasks appropriately and maintain attention to detail
•    Clear, articulate communicator, comfort making brave decisions with an ability to collaboratively influence and effectively interact at all levels
•    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
