Job Description

You’ll be working within the Global Marketing Operations organization supporting as a Data Analyst focusing on the following priorities:

Priority 1 – Report Development/Management: Develop/manage a suite of reports that align with our corporate strategy and departmental goals/objectives.

Priority 2 – Exploratory Data & Analytics: You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders such as Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to identify trends that will help the identification of new product development areas and effective marketing campaigns.

Priority 3 – Report Maintenance: Ongoing stewardship of existing reporting structures and creation of any adhoc reports based on approved requests

What we would love and need from you:

1.       Salesforce.com: Experience with Salesforce close to or at admin level acumen

2.       Data Analysis & Modelling: Strong experience & aptitude in working with complex, fragmented & unstructured data, the processing of the data, and uploading into CRM tools

3.       Analytical Thinker: Demonstrable track record of being able to identify the root of a problem and be able to leverage data & analytics to develop solutions that have resolved that problem.

4.       Salesforce Data Loader and/or Demand Tools: Knowledge and experience using Demand Tools

Qualifications

What skills and experience would be very nice to have?

1.       Marketo: Possessing experience/working knowledge of how Marketo data is structured and feeds in Salesforce (or other relevant CRMS)

2.       Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively and act as a bridge between senior business stakeholders and technical developers.

3.        Knowledge of Agile Framework: Be well versed in Jira and how to navigate through the Agile framework.

4.        Other Marketing related technologies: Marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Bizible, Full Circle, Hubspot, etc.
