Job Description

  • Leads the global recruitment activity across Snow working internally and externally to deliver temp and permanent resources as required by the business.
  • Deliver recruitment capacity and capability for all Snow functions and all levels through the management of the Snow recruitment team
  • Create and enforce all Snow’s recruitment processes and policies
  • Create and manage the candidate experience
  • Develop and lead on all sourcing activities required by Snow, including the ownership of relationships with 3rd party vendors

Qualifications

  • Recruitment of employees at all levels
  • Understands sourcing and can use the relevant channels as appropriate
  • Management of a team
  • Has insight into excellent candidate experience
  • Strong understanding of resourcing analytics and dashboards
  • 10 years recruitment experience operating across multiple functions and at all levels.
  • Has managed a team
  • Has worked globally and is comfortable in a multinational, virtual environment
