This role is the owner for both the Infrastructure and Operations functions within IT. The infrastructure team deliver the services and capabilities needed to operate all Snow core services. The operations function run the service desk and delivers all new end user computing hardware to all staff at Snow.

• Plan and organise the IT support team to deliver the Service Desk function within the business
• Set the strategy for the infrastructure team and develop the infrastructure needed by stakeholders.
• Manage the Infrastructure and Operations budget and negotiate large contracts with suppliers

• Experience running a service desk function
• ITIL process knowledge
• Deep Technical knowledge on Microsoft servers, virtualisation and cloud computing
• Solid networking experience
• Cyber Security skills
• ITIL foundation
• Microsoft or Cisco certification
