Job Description

Snow Software is currently seeking a new sales leader for our APAC region.  We are a dynamic and international team that brings energy and enthusiasm to the company every day. We serve our customer life cycle through a series of interactions designed to drive higher value and an optimal experience from Snow Software solutions. We partner closely with the Presales, Partner, Marketing and Customer Success organizations to demonstrate the value driving new enterprise sales opportunities.

The objective of the APAC Sales Leader is to exceed Revenue Plan objectives for Snow Software’s regional customer base.

Responsibilties

  • Manage the sales strategies for the Company for the APAC region, according to its strategic plan, and assign all sales force activities to support rapid growth across different segments and industries.
  • Build out an enterprise sales team in the APAC region, develop and manage a sales pipeline, managing account executives, and help build new partnerships.
  • Assess current sales methodologies, team structure, and propose/implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Develop key metrics to measure sales teams.
  • Implement and execute all sales policies and practices, including incentive plans and eventual territory definitions.
  • Train the sales organization to over perform versus just meeting quota. In addition, measure the sales team’s progress against leading indicators and quota objectives.
  • Lead operational and strategic efforts to increase the customer base, customer loyalty, revenue per customer and top-line financial growth for the business.
  • Ensure a long-term competitive edge for the business through a value-added approach to prospects and customers.
  • Rolls up sleeves when appropriate, and is an active participant in new product development, sales strategies and marketplace analysis.

Qualifications

Need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales is critical.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing global Sales Teams is mandatory.
  • Strategic thinker, great at developing others and managing change
  • Strong at Influencing Others, Customer Orientation and building personal credibility & trust
  • Expert at building and leading a strong team

 Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
