Job Description

To manage all data within the HR Information System (HRIS) and to support the data and people analytics needs of the business. 

  • Ownership of the P&C data in the HRIS
  • Data and people analytics support for the business and the P&C team.
  • Manage automated delivery of reports.
  • Maintain, support and update the data management processes.
  • Liaise with other functions, including Finance & IT, concerning the HRIS system and data.

Qualifications

  • Understands HR Information Systems
  • Can quickly & creatively report and analyze data to support diverse needs.
  • Adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Good communication skills
  • Service-minded
  • Sage People/HRIS experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Microsoft Team
  • Statistical and modelling proficiencey
  • Qlik experience is helpful
