Job Description

To Manage existing Snow mid-market customers in Germany and to generate Up- and Cross-Sell

•        In your function as Account Manager (m/f) you will advise and support customers in Germany on the strategic use of our snow products.

•        You will identify and analyse customer needs and develop customer-oriented solutions on this basis for the rapid and consistent expansion of our market in Germany (cross-selling and up-selling).

•        You will independently conduct price and contract negotiations considering defined parameters.

•        Position the entire Snow portfolio and the associated services and keep our customers up to date with new developments.

•        Based on continuous market analyses and market observations, you will expand your network, find sales potential and develop it through suitable sales and marketing activities.

•        You will work closely with the Sales, Channel, Business Development and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

•        Proven experience in software sales and account management with medium-market customers

•        The ability to listen well and ask the right questions to uncover the needs of our customers.

•        An existing network of customers and business partners is beneficial
