Job Description

Snow Software is looking for a Regional Field Marketing Manager to join our North America Marketing team. You will be working from our Austin office.


The Regional Field Marketing Manager, North America is responsible for driving pipeline from both prospects and customers - both through direct channels as well as through our partners. You will be working closely with the digital team, our regional partners, the regional sales and partner organization and our business development telehub.

  • Generate leads and drive pipeline
  •  Design and manage multi-touch campaigns that may include, but not be limited to, email, webinars, in-person events, digital advertising, organic and paid social, ABM, and other results-focused activities to generate high quality sales leads. Track and report on performance of your marketing campaigns, make adjustments where needed. 
  • Execute on the centrally built demand generation programs and regional initiatives where required. 
  • Guide the business development representatives (tele-hub) to focus their call-out activities in the right segments, to the right target audience, with the right messaging. 
  • Constantly monitor and manage lead funnel to measure and assess lead quality through quantifiable program metrics/KPIs, engaging with marketing and sales teams on lead status/quality, guiding and accelerating lead movement through the funnel, and drive sales SLA for leads and follow-up. 
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and take accountability for the ROI. 
  • Act as the point persons for the sales team, the business development representatives (tele-hub), and stakeholders within our regional partners.
  • Assist the theatre demand generation leader in developing go-to-market strategies. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities; talk to customers on a regular basis. 
  • Develop understanding of product line and value propositions. 
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders including sales, marketing operations,brand and communications to name a few

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B demand generation, in the Tech industry 
  • Experience managing multi-touch and integrated marketing campaigns, including a foundational knowledge of modern and digital marketing tactics and end-to-end integrated campaigns including paid media channels and marketing operations best practices 
  • Experience with Marketo, SFDC, and similar technology platforms 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Curious – eager to understand the broader business 
  • Team player 
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong verbal & written skills in local language and English 
  • Additional language skills would be preferred 
  • Previous experience in software industry preferred 
  • Willing to do travel up to 10-20%
