Job Description

The successful candidate must work cross-functionally through the various teams and departments, displaying excellent project and time management skills to advance the overall business goals. The ideal candidate will bring their passion and an energetic & methodical approach to problem solving and business improvement processes.

 

  • Partner and Sales stakeholder liaison - work with Partner and Sales stakeholders and account teams to ensure accurate and consistent information flow.
  • Day-today Internal Partner management for EMEA Partner Tier 2/3 portfolio.
  • Internal Partner management support for Tier 1 Partners, supporting the Partner Business Managers in their respective regions from a centralized hub.
  • Deal Registration coordination and optimization – responsible for DR process management and improvement to optimize approval and conversion rates %.
  • Partner Accreditations management – working with the training team to ensure Partners achieve the required competencies for their Partner status validity.
  • Reporting – provide accurate and timely reports on Channel business as required including data analysis, account mapping and performance trends.
  • Identifying emerging Partners for future profiling and proactive in-regional management.
  • Be the go-to person for all general Partner related enquiries globally.
  • Support partner business reviews, presentations and appropriate partner meetings where needed.
  • Effectively engage and build internal cooperative relationships with cross-functional resources to maintain and improve our channel model – sales, presales, professional services, business development & marketing.
  • Contribute to business plans and channel updates through regular team meetings, conference calls, and reviews.
  • Achieve assigned targets and MBO’s.
  • Handle inbound partner requests & queries.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-faced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects and priorities in parallel.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years software/IT industry experience.
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superb organization and time management skills.
Desirable 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
  • Professional qualifications e.g. University degree, professional body certification, etc.
  • Proven history of being able to work independently and with cross-functional sales, marketing and product management teams to achieve company and departmental objectives.
  • Other language skills.
  • Experience of Partner Management and/ or working with Vendors and Resellers.
