To provide expertise on cybersecurity needed to protect Snow from external threats and remediate vulnerabilities within the business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:-

• Developing our Cyber security strategy to minimize business risk.
• Lead and present security education creating a strong culture of cybersecurity within the organization to drive behavioural changes.
• Achieving and maintaining compliance for ISO27001 and/or SOC2 accreditation
• Assist with the creation of key performance metrics
• Engage with the development team to help build a strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with implementing ISO27001 and/or SOC2 compliance.
• Expertise on penetration testing and red teaming
• Experience with Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST)
• Competency around one of the main SIEM vendors for searching for TTP’s

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• CISSP or similar
• Experience in information security roles
