Job Description

  • Assist with Headcount planning and forecasting process
  • Working with accounting software
  • Build financial models/spreadsheets
  • Assist with Reporting & Reconciliation
  • Will assist with M&A and Board preparation materials.
  • Learning how to work as part of a Financial team to compile, analyze data, and track information.
  • Shadowing members of the Financial department as they perform their duties
  • Can commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week

Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a finance or related major.
  • Prior work experience, including relevant exposure to investment management, strategy, consulting or business analytics.
  • You have a comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to explore a variety of challenges and pivot as needed.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills. Work style must be flexible, adaptable, energized and hungry to learn.
  • Clear, articulate communicator, comfort making brave decisions with an ability to collaboratively influence and effectively interact at all levels, both internally and externally in a matrixed environment.
  • Highly skilled in Excel (modeling and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
