Job Description

The VP of Global Demand Generation is a critical leadership and operational role on Snow's global marketing team. Working alongside the key leaders of Product Management, Product Marketing, PR & Brand and Marketing Operations, and reporting directly to the CMO, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a global team responsible for driving all aspects of Demand Generation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving results in Demand Generation, and will lead a large global team, working in partnership with our field sales leadership teams, having a measurable effect on ROI. The role leads our Business Development teams across the globe as well as our company wide programmes and our digital strategy and estate. The job may be based in any of our global offices, but we have a strong preference for Bracknell, UK or Austin, Texas, US. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and executing strategy to deliver global pipeline generation, managing theatre level targets to budget, to deliver measurable ROI results;
  • Inspiring and leading the Global Demand Generation teams, driving engagement and passion to succeed;
  • Collaborating in partnership with the theatre business teams in driving a one team approach with “Getting to Yes”;
  • Own the end-to-end management of Demand Generation campaigns, driving funnel conversion and lead generation rates;
  • Lead the digital and programme teams to optimise the digital estate and effective programme delivery.

Qualifications

To be successful the VP Global Demand Generation will work cross-functionally with the Sales teams throughout Snow, displaying direction and leadership to engage and motivate colleagues to create global success. They will bring passion and an energetic spirit to prioritise and drive execution from their team.

  • A proven track record in B2B technology or SaaS marketing in a global software company;
  • Proven track record in delivering results in demand generation, in pipeline generation and ROI;
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, both local and remote, overseeing project workflow and requests from various business units. Experienced in team development with the ability to be more hands-on/directive or light touch as required;
  • Meaningful global experience, as teams are located in offices around the world;
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration, integrating with sales teams for GTM strategies as well as operational planning and execution;
  • Ability to influence others to improve understanding of demand generation trends and best practice;
  • Ability to understand global cultures and how to adapt marketing to different regions;
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong focus on continual improvement, using creativity and resourcefulness to optimise resources;
  • Natural ability to foster a positive, collaborative working environment that enables the team to effectively balance the need for strategic planning with efficient execution;
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of what needs to be done and effective time management to meet tight deadlines;
  • Analytical mindset, confident in drawing performance data from multiple tactics and sources, interpreting and forecasting trends and surfacing insight and actionable intelligence that can be acted upon by global marketing leadership.
  • Confident of your own abilities but humble in outlook.
