Job Description

You will be a part of a Global Office Management Team and collaborate with the local Office Managers around the world. The front desk assistant will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet all clients and visitors
  • Field all incoming calls
  • Distribute all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries daily 
  • Facilitate office catering/food requests
  • Maintain and order office, and breakroom supplies
  • Manage ordering of employee business cards, office badges
  • Enter facility work orders 
  • Notify cleaners of specific cleaning requests outside of normal monthly requirements and point of contact/ managing
  • Maintain and tidy lobby area, conference rooms, and kitchen
  • Load/unload dishwashers daily and clean out refrigerators every Friday  
  • Maintain/organize storage room/
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
  • Absence management
  • Process supplier invoices

Qualifications

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

  • Native speaking Dutch with good level of English (written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work 08.30am to 12.30pm daily + flexibility in case of training and events
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, positive, and proactive approach while being discrete and tactful when handling sensitive information
  • Willingness to work independently, while also being part of a larger network of Snow Front Desk Agents
