Job Description

In order to serve our trusted partners Globally we are now setting up a Partner Desk to align with our global Partner strategy.

This is an important role with responsibility for some of the important functional aspects of our channel partnerships in support of the company’s revenue goals.

Preferable placed in the UK, reporting to the Global Partner Execution lead, and part off the Global Channel Execution team, the role will be responsible for all channel Tier 2/3 related operations, including but not limited to the following areas;

What you’ll be doing

§  Deal Registration coordination – responsible for the execution of the Dealreg process with Internal and Partner stakeholders as well as integration with Salesforce.com

§  Deal Registration optimization – responsible for driving incoming leads through to meetings with Snow, Partner and customer attendees to uplift the approval %.

§  Partner Accreditations management – coordinate the current position of our Partners achieved competencies within the Snow Partner Program to maximize their capabilities to sell, deliver service and at the end have joint customer success.

§  Reporting – provide accurate and timely reports on Channel business as required including data analysis, account mapping and performance trends.

§  Sales team liaison – work across sales to ensure accurate, consistent and bi-directional information flow.

§  Partner stakeholder liaison - work with Partner stakeholders & account teams to ensure accurate, consistent and bi-directional information flow.

§  Internal Partner management for EMEA Partner Tier 2/3 portfolio- day-to-day, reactive management to recognize emerging Partners of interest for management considerations.

 

Qualifications

To achieve these objectives, the successful candidate must work cross-functionally through the various teams and departments, displaying excellent project and time management skills to advance the overall business goals. The ideal candidate will bring their passion and an energetic & methodical approach to problem solving and business improvement processes.

Good product knowledge and understanding of technology as well as experience in managing complex projects and working in a multi-functional role is essential. Experience in the SAM market is highly desirable.

What we require from you

§  Be the “go-to” person for Dealreg, Accreditations & general Partner related enquiries for Tiear 2/3 partners.

§  Support partner business reviews, presentations and appropriate partner meetings where needed.

§  Effectively engage and build internal cooperative relationships with the sales function to ensure alignment

§  Effectively engage and build internal cooperative relationships with cross-functional resources to maintain and improve our channel model – presales, professional services, business development & marketing.

§  Contribute to business plans and channel updates through regular team meetings, conference calls, and reviews

§  Achieve assigned targets and MBO’s

§  Handle inbound partner requests & queries.

Who you are

§  A minimum of 2 years software/IT industry experience.

§  Proven history of being able to work independently and with cross-functional sales, marketing and product management teams to achieve company and departmental objectives

§  Business acumen and communication skills.

§  Proven record of analysing situations, employing creative and effective decision making to solve problems/achieve results

§  Ability to excel in a team environment which emphasizes total cooperation and mutual respect

§  Solid analytical and process skills

§  Good verbal and written communication skills.

§  Superb organization and time management skills. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize against rapid timelines and competing priorities.

§  Language skills; English verbal and written desirable

§  Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
