We are looking for a shining star to join our team to focus on Technology and Research & Development (R&D) recruiting. You will play a pivotal role in creatively identifying and engaging top engineering talent, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and developing our recruiting best practice as we grow as an organisation. Above all, you will be responsible for Snow’s most meaningful asset - its people.

Since we are global software company in growth, we have a constant need of tech talent for our R&D team. Your job will be to help us grow and deliver excellence by building a strong pipeline of all flavours of technologists - developers, architects and designers. This role is a crucial part of our employee experience, ensuring a fantastic touch point with Snow.

  • Be responsible for full life cycle recruitment in Tech;
  • Provide feedback on how we can improve process;
  • Source great talents to join us;
  • Partner across all parts of the business proactively;
  • Engage and learn as much as possible about the business in order to provide true representation.

Qualifications

We think that you’ll have experience working in a complex recruiting environment. Coupled with strong domain expertise, or show a strong willingness to learn more about a new domain. You have a strong technical acumen and understand the basics of agile development principles. As well as a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough.

Not to mention strong social skills to manage candidate and internal relationships with ease. Utilising a myriad of platforms and channels, you’ll be accomplished at getting your message through. Also, since we are a global company, it’s time to dust of those English skills.

It is also important that you have a systematic skillset, to quickly shift priorities when things change. Because that is one thing that you can be sure of, our environment constantly changes. What we offer you is a highly dynamic work environment, but be prepared to roll up your sleeves.
