Job Description

The Regional Demand Generation Manager, Asia Pacific is responsible for driving pipeline from both prospects and customers - both through direct channels as well as through our partners. You will be working closely with the digital team, our regional partners, the regional sales and partner organization and our business development tele-hub.

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Generate leads and drive pipeline.
  • Define and implement integrated marketing plan, aligned to the marketing strategy and regional business plan.

  • Execute on the centrally built demand generation programs and regional initiatives where required.

  •  Guide the business development representatives (tele-hub) to focus their call-out activities in the right segments, to the right target audience, with the right messaging.

  •  Track and report on performance of your marketing campaigns, make adjustments where needed.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget and take accountability for the ROI.

  • Act as the point persons for the sales team, the business development representatives (tele-hub), and stakeholders within our regional partners.

  • Assist the theatre demand generation leader in developing go-to-market strategies.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities; talk to customers on a regular basis.

  • Develop understanding of product line and value propositions.

Qualifications

NEED TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B demand generation, in the Tech industry
  • Good knowledge of how to leverage digital marketing and marketing operations best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Curious – eager to understand the broader business
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal & written skills in local language and English
  • Additional language skills would be preferred
  • Willing to do travel up to 10-20%
