Job Description

The Global Field Readiness team mission is to establish and grow a learning culture at Snow Software resulting in faster ramp to revenue and increased productivity for the field. This is accomplished by building a world class onboarding experience and engaging continuous learning programs driven by consistency, accountability and metrics.

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager who will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple field readiness programs including, but not limited to: Virtual Field 30/60/90 Onboarding; Field New Hire Training; Bi-Weekly Virtual Call programs and the like. This role presents an excellent opportunity for the right individual to play a key role and establish themselves in an exciting enterprise technology company.

A strong track record of success in sales enablement, field readiness and/or program management is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will be working with and across many functions within Snow, including other Field Readiness personnel, Marketing, Technical Services, HR and IT.
•    Program Management:
o    Managing a program from start to finish working with the Sales and Technical Enablement Leads
o    Design, implement and track metrics on programs, support and execute on reporting to management quantifiable progress over time
o    Create and/or maintain program documentation
•    Partner with Sales Leaders - Drive and strengthen the culture of learning within Snow.
o    Forming relationships with the Sales Leadership to collect feedback and brainstorm new ways to reach the sales teams effectively
o    Be an ambassador of learning and field success
•    Continuous Improvement
o    Refine and reimagine enablement programs that meet the requirements of senior sales leadership
•    Learning Management:
o    Understanding and using the chosen LMS effectively to drive the field readiness mission
 

Qualifications

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
NEED TO HAVE:

•    You’ve done it before, and you’ve done it well! (ideally, 5+ years of a strong, proven track record in program management)
•    Driving enablement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in the tech sector
•    A proven track record of working successfully across global teams and stakeholders
•    Accuracy and effectiveness in operational tasks; Pragmatic, get things done quickly
•    Effective communications skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels and in different countries
•    Exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion according to deadlines
•    Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – internally and externally, in-person and virtually
•    Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change

NICE TO HAVE
•    Previous Sales/Pre-Sales experience
•    Experience with salesforce.com is an asset
•    Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset
•    Expert level user of Excel is an asset
