We are looking for an additional musketeer to strengthen our People & Culture team. If you are about to graduate from University (or has done so recently), and you are looking for that first job to launch your journey into the exciting world of tech – this is the opportunity for you.

Since we are global software company in growth, we have a constant need of tech talent to our R&D department. Your job will be to help us grow and deliver excellence by building a strong pipeline of developers, software architects and web designers. This role is a crucial part of our employee experience, ensuring a great first touch base with Snow by contacting candidates in different channels, as well telephone interviews.

We think that you have strong social skills which helps while your managing candidate relations. Since you will be reaching out to a lot of people on many different platforms and channels, it’s important to know how to get your message through. Also, since we are a global company, it’s time to dust of those English skills.

It is also important that you have a systematic skillset, to quickly shift priorities when things change. Because that is one thing that you can be sure of, our environment constantly changes. What we offer you is a highly dynamic work environment, but be prepared to roll up your sleeves, working in tech recruitment is a roller coaster ride.

Lastly, you are a team player. We are all in for the win! You will work closely with our two of our Tech recruiters, so don´t worry, there are fika-buddies, good support and other brains to pick when you get stuck.

You may have previous experience from telephone sales or any other customer facing job. If you have worked with recruitment in the past – that´s of course a bonus!
