Snow is growing rapidly and so is our Finance department, currently supporting a total of 23 legal entities and over 700 employees. We are now looking for an additional Accounts Payable Specialist to strengthen Accounts Payable team based at Snow's headquarters in Solna. 

What you will be doing: 

• Manage scanning, registration and e-authorization of incoming invoices in Visma Global 

• Manage outgoing payments and reconciliations of bank accounts.

• Handle employees' expense claims. Right now we are in the process of implementing digital expense system Concur. 

• Participate in development of new processes and routines. 

• As an important member of the team, you will support our daily activities such as working with shared mailboxes, corresponding with external suppliers, and dealing with internal queries from employees.  

• 3-5 years experience in Account Payable work with relevant education for the job 

• Previous experience in reconciliations/ month-end closing for Accounts Payable 

• Experience from working in an international environment, handling different legal entities 

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Office 

• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus!
