Snow Creek Landscaping is looking to add a new team member to their Front Office Staff!!!

Pay depending on experience: $15.00/hour +

• Provide administrative support for staff
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails
• Scan and submit expense reports and invoices into A/P
• Copying, mail distribution, filing
• Support staff engagement efforts and events
• Provide back-up payroll processing when needed

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Prioritize workload and multi-task
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Industry knowledge & Aspire software a plus but not required
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a plus
