We're looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Online Marketing Manager (Italian or English Native) to join our marketing team. As an experienced marketer, you will lead high performing efforts and optimise our Online Marketing strategy in all markets globally, and for all our organic channels. More than being part of a dynamic team, you will participate in bringing Smoobu to the next stage, and thus you will have a direct influence on its success.

In a nutshell, you are responsible for our content, influencer and social media marketing, as well as our SEO strategy.

Responsibilities:

• You own, plan, create and publish engaging content across all our channels.
• You implement and optimise our SEO strategy. 
• You research, engage and negotiate with influencers.
• You engage in a proactive dialogue with our community in order to maintain our positive reputation and acquire new customers.
• You ensure consistent messaging across all channels and leverage the potential of a multi-channel marketing strategy.
• You support the team in planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including paid media, PR and partnerships.

• You are native in Italian or English. Additional languages are a plus.
• You have 3+ years experience with content, social and SEO.
• You have experience in a B2B demand generation marketing role.
• You have experience with Wordpress and Email tools. HTML is a plus.
• You are a quick learner – creative, proactive and with a hands-on mentality.
• You have an affinity with the travel industry. Experience with short-term and vacation rentals is a big plus.
