Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Lead to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, development teams, vendors, and leadership teams to deliver projects that drive operational excellence, data transformation, process improvement, and business value. The role requires strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and project management capabilities to ensure successful project outcomes across complex and cross-functional environments.
Experience in delivering Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics, SAP, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.

Duties:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with agreed scope and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as required to achieve delivery commitments.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams to facilitate successful project execution.
- Facilitate project governance forums, steering committee meetings, and status reviews.
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, results-oriented project culture.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impacts.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to the appropriate governance bodies when necessary.
- Ensure effective resolution of project challenges and roadblocks.
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Support vendor management activities, including performance monitoring and contract deliverables.
Governance, Quality & Change Management
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet business and technical expectations.
- Support organizational change management, communication, training, and adoption activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma / Any Degree / Post-Graduation
- Project Management certification preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications, data, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience in delivering Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics, SAP, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
