Job Description
Key Activities:
- Develop high-quality Python applications following software engineering best practices.
- Strong knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment standards.
- Experience implementing DataOps, MLOps, and observability solutions.
- Knowledge with the Python data science ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/Keras, etc.) and with common machine learning approaches (generalized linear models/regression, clustering, tree-based methods, deep learning, etc.).
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborating with the Data Science team to achieve Data Science goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Develop robust ETL/ELT frameworks for ingesting, transforming, validating, and serving data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Working experience with REST APIs and RESTFul standards
- Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and analytics-ready datasets.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, security, and compliance across all data platforms.
- Monitor and optimize data processing performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing, such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work directly with software developers to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
- Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase or project as needed to ensure replicability, compliance with standards, and growth of company knowledge base.
Responsible For:
- To provide technical support during design discussions.
- System reliability and performance – ensuring the production systems are running without major issues.
- Supporting business objectives and assist in order execution.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
Experience: Should have 4-8 years of expeience & should have done projects demonstrating experience as a hands-on software developer.
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (CSE/ Information Technology) with a minimum of 70%
Technical Skills:
- MUST have excellent coding experience in Python.
- Knowledge of Coding Standards, version management (Git/Bit bucket or similar), Build Process, Packaging, DevOps and CI/CD
- Working experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Pair Programming
People Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

- Delivery of sprint goals.
- Quality improvement in production delivery.

Additional Information
Utilizes technology to improve, streamline and automate design process. Responsible for programming tasks assigned by Team Lead with Quality and Deadline. The objective is to support Team Lead for requirement Programming activities and contribute to progress of overall project while maintaining product quality and adhering to internal standards.
