Job Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Pricing & Revenue Growth Analyst will support the development and execution of pricing strategies, commercial analytics, and revenue growth initiatives across North America and Latin America. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Finance, and Regional Pricing teams, the analyst will provide actionable insights that drive profitable growth, strengthen pricing governance, and support commercial decision-making. Based on the responsibilities of the Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager role, the analyst will focus on analytics, reporting, pricing execution, dashboard development, and identification of revenue growth opportunities.
The role will be responsible for analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing data integrity, developing reporting tools, supporting annual price increase programs, and identifying opportunities to improve margin and revenue performance across the region.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, and Finance teams across NAM and LATAM to support pricing decisions, revenue growth initiatives, and commercial strategy.
- Analyse pricing, margin, customer, product, and market data to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Support annual price increase programs, including data preparation, impact analysis, implementation tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Conduct customer segmentation, profitability, and pricing analyses to support commercial decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Identify pricing leakage, discounting trends, and margin improvement opportunities, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development, maintenance, and governance of pricing data within Pricefx, SAP, and associated reporting platforms.
- Ensure pricing data accuracy through regular validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
- Produce regular and ad hoc commercial analyses to support customer negotiations, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in driving the adoption of revenue growth management tools, analytics, and best practices across the region.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support pricing system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and other projects that strengthen pricing capabilities across NAM and LATAM.
- Support pricing governance processes by monitoring approval compliance, discount exceptions, pricing policy adherence, and escalation reporting.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and commercial teams, supporting fact-based decision making and pricing actions.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, finance, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or pricing decision-making processes.
- Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/ modelling skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or B2B environment preferred.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, PriceFx, similar commercial systems preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks, or other analytical tools are desirable.
- Strong Power BI or equivalent data visualization experience.
LOCATION: USA - Houston/hybrid – with some travel required.
