Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, and digital transformation initiatives across global business operations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex ERP programs, preferably involving SAP, Epicor (Kinetic), and/or Syteline (Infor CSI), while coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
This role requires strong leadership, executive communication skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to deliver large-scale technology programs within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading complex ERP transformation programs in manufacturing or industrial environments. They possess deep knowledge of SAP, Epicor, or Syteline, excel in stakeholder management, and have successfully delivered acquisitions, divestitures, ERP consolidations, and enterprise modernization initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across business units and geographic regions.
- Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Drive issue resolution and decision-making with senior leadership.
ERP Implementation
Lead projects involving:
- SAP (ECC, S/4HANA preferred)
- Epicor ERP / Kinetic
- Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial)
- ERP upgrades and migrations
- Greenfield implementations
- Brownfield migrations
- Multi-site rollouts
- Legacy ERP consolidations
Coordinate:

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
- Experience managing projects exceeding $1MM.
- Proven success delivering global ERP programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar project management tools.
