Job Description
Key activities:
- Define and govern architecture standards, patterns, and design principles across teams
- Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based, and API-driven solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs
- Work hands-on in critical components and complex problem solving
- Integrate security controls into SDLC and ensure secure design practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, and program teams to align technology with priorities.
- Monitor system performance and continuously improve solutions based on metrics.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
Experience
- 8+ years overall, including 5+ years in architecture roles
- Experience designing complex, large-scale distributed systems
- Exposure to Agile/DevOps environments
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Technical Skills
- Cloud platforms: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
- Architecture: Microservices, API-first, event-driven systems
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability
- Programming: Java, Python, C#, .NET, C/C++
- Security: Secure design, IAM, Web/App security, WAF, IDS
- Systems: Linux, networking, cloud-native, edge/IoT
- Data: Event streaming, real-time analytics, ML/AI platforms (Preferable)
People Skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
